These terms apply when you use this website or buy products, installation, repair or Annual Maintenance Contract (AMC) services from Jalsudha Enterprises, Brahmno ki Pole, Gopal Ganj, Pratapgarh (Raj.) 312605 ("we", "us"). By using the website or placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Information on this website

Product details, capacities, recovery rates and TDS figures on this website are typical values for general guidance. Actual results depend on your raw water, site conditions, usage and maintenance. Photos may show a sample installation, and specifications may change as we improve our products.

2. Quotes and prices

• Any price shared through the website, on a call or on WhatsApp is an estimate until we confirm it in a written quotation.
• A final quotation may require a site visit and a water (TDS) test, because the right membranes and pre-treatment depend on your water.
• Each written quotation states its price, taxes, inclusions (for example, civil work, chiller or automation) and how long it is valid.

3. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed when you accept our written quotation and pay any advance stated on it. Payment terms, delivery time and installation schedule are those written on the quotation or invoice.

4. Installation

Unless the quotation says otherwise, you provide safe site access, a suitable electricity supply, the raw water source, drain arrangements and any civil work. Delays caused by site readiness may change the installation date.

5. Warranty

• Components such as membranes, pumps and control panels carry the manufacturer's warranty, which we help you claim.
• Our workmanship warranty and its period are stated on your invoice.
• Warranty does not cover consumables (such as filter cartridges and chemicals), damage from voltage fluctuation, misuse, raw water worse than what was tested, lack of regular maintenance, or repairs by anyone other than us or the manufacturer.

6. Repair, service and AMC

Repair charges, visit charges and spare-part costs are informed before work starts. AMC coverage, number of visits, included parts and duration are as written in your AMC contract. Same-day visits are offered in and around Pratapgarh, subject to technician availability.

7. Water quality

Our plants are designed to reduce TDS and impurities as described in your quotation. Output water quality depends on correct use, timely filter and membrane changes and regular servicing. We recommend periodic water testing, especially for drinking water supplied to the public.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to a product or service is limited to the amount you paid us for that product or service. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as loss of business or profit.

9. Use of this website

The content, logo and photos on this website belong to Jalsudha Enterprises and may not be copied for commercial use without our permission. The quote and contact forms open WhatsApp, a service run by a third party under its own terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Pratapgarh, Rajasthan.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed. Terms written on your quotation, invoice or AMC contract apply to that order.
