This policy explains what personal information Jalsudha Enterprises ("we", "us") collects when you use this website or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have. We follow applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

1. Who we are

Jalsudha Enterprises, Brahmno ki Pole, Gopal Ganj, Pratapgarh (Raj.) 312605, India. We supply, install and service RO water-purification plants, water chillers, Water ATMs and related spares.

2. What we collect

• Details you give us: your name, phone number and requirement or message when you use the quote or contact form, call us, message us on WhatsApp or email us.
• Service details: your site address, plant details, water test (TDS) results and service history when we quote, install or maintain a plant for you.
• Technical data: like any website, the servers that deliver this site and its fonts and icons (Vercel, Google Fonts and public code libraries) may record your IP address and browser type. We use Vercel Web Analytics to count visits, pages viewed, country or city, and device type. It does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

3. How the website forms work

When you send the quote or contact form, two things happen: your details are emailed to us through Web3Forms (web3forms.com), a form-to-email service, so we can reply even if you do not finish sending the WhatsApp message; and WhatsApp opens with your details typed in. Messages sent through WhatsApp are also handled under WhatsApp's own privacy policy.

If you choose Hindi, the website remembers that choice in your own browser (local storage). It is not sent to us.

4. How we use your information

• To reply to your enquiry and send prices, quotations and technical details.
• To understand, in total, how many people visit the website and which pages they use (Vercel Web Analytics).
• To install, repair and service your plant, and to run your AMC.
• To contact you about service visits, filter changes or AMC renewals.
• To keep records required for billing, tax (GST) and warranty claims.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

5. Who we share it with

Only when needed to serve you: our technicians, component manufacturers or suppliers (for example, for a warranty claim), the service providers that run this website and deliver form emails (Vercel and Web3Forms), and government authorities where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and follow up. Customer and service records are kept for as long as you use our services and for the period required by tax and accounting law.

7. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or tell us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time.

8. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information. No method of sending or storing data over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive details such as bank or card information through the website forms.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
